Marigold Dreams Cocktail Pour Over

Sunshine in a jar. Bright marigold petals meet toasted coconut, blood orange, and lemon peel, with amber rock sugar to sweeten and a pinch of sea salt to bring it all together. The result is warm, golden, and a little tropical, made for sharing and ritual.
Fill the jar with your favorite spirit (we love tequila or mezcal), let it steep for 48 hours, then strain. Pour it over ice, stir it into a spirit-forward old fashioned, or top it with club soda for a festive spritz.
